I will send you the file via email once completed. You will be responsible for printing the yard sign. No physical yard sign will be shipped with this option.

Once, I receive all information I will create your mockup within 2-3 business days. If digital, I will send your high resolution PDF file ready for print. Please, take time to review the design for errors. I will copy/paste from your original note so please make sure everything is correct when submitting. Once, you've reviewed and everything seems correct you are all set to print. YOU WILL ONLY RECEIVE ONE TEXT/INFO REVISION. If you notice any other error after you've already received a revision, you will need to pay for any extra revisions.

NO PHYSICAL ITEMS WILL COME WITH DIGITAL FILES. All digital files will come with assembly instructions. Feel free to print at home or at Staples or Office Depot. Please keep in mind that colors vary on and off screen and from printer to printer.

The yard sign will be printed and shipped within2 weeks from the date of mockup approval. The metal stake will be included.
